The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is not your typical boardwalk!
Strolling along the 1.2 mile Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, you won’t find some of the things that the more older boardwalks in other cities have. Striving to bring a peaceful co-existence with the Atlantic Ocean, the boardwalk in Myrtle Beach offers scenic views and relaxing sitting stations.
With the exception of the “Merchants Section” and the Plyler Park area of the boardwalk, expect this boardwalk to offer ocean breezes and fantastic views!
Only during special events such as Hot Summer Nights Concert Series held at adjacent Plyler Park, will you encounter the typical boardwalk activity you may be used to such as amusement rides.
