Boardwalk Dog Rules

The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is “dog friendly” and welcomes those visitors who like to travel with man’s best friend. The City of Myrtle Beach has established the following times visitors may walk their dogs on the boardwalk:

• From the day after Labor Day to May 1, dogs will be allowed any time, as long as they’re on a leash.
• During the spring and summer tourist season, dogs are allowed from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. They must be on a leash.
