People come to the beach to enjoy the sun, sand and surf, and to stroll along the MYRTLE BEACH BOARDWALK. Visitors also stay in a variety of places from a friend’s place to a hotel room to a condo. Condo rentals are quite common for those travelers staying at Myrtle Beach for a full week or more. The Oceans One “resort” Condominium is located on the ocean and just south of Myrtle Beach’s new Boardwalk and Promenade. This large and modern condo has all the amenities a beach-goer needs, along with a great location. Condo rentals can be handled through many of the Realtors and CONDO RENTAL agencies in the area. Many Myrtle Beach condos are also offered for sale, both in new developments and as resale units. With the recent upheaval across the US in real estate values, if you have a good credit score this may be the time to consider buying your own condo at the beach. At the time we shot this photo, the sign, right on South Ocean Boulevard, was advertising units as low as $299,900. That may, of course, be different when you are reading this. Keep in mind, however, that while the real estate market is soft there may be room for negotiation - plenty of negotiation. If you go in with a Buyer Agent (in some states) that fee is covered by the seller or the selling company. If you are dealing directly with a new construction sales agent, you may be able to negotiate for a portion of that fee. (Please note that this is not advice, but just some general information. Before you make any financial or real estate related decisions please be sure to consult with a licensed Realtor/ Real Estate Professional.)
